Cabin 1
Furnished with 4 beds, futon, refrigerator, microwave, water machine for hot or cold water and built in Keurig style coffee brewer. Fire pit beside the cabin. Bring your own linens. 1 dog is allowed in the small cabin.
We have 2 full ADA approved bathrooms in our newly completed bathhouse in the campground for your use and convenience.
Cabin 2 (Log cabin)
Large Cabin with 2 bedrooms and loft. There are 2 full sized beds in the loft, a queen in one bedroom and a twin over full bunk bed in one bedroom. There is also a futon that makes a bed in the living area. There is a medium sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, water machine that heats and cools water and has a Keurig, and a 2 burner hot plate. Fire pit and picnic table and full covered porch. Bring your own linens. No animals allowed in this cabin. Full wraparound porch great for all seasons.
Cabin 3
Furnished with 2 Twin over Full sized bunk beds, refrigerator, table and chairs, microwave, Water dispenser that heats and cools and has a Keurig built in. It also has a mini split for heat and air. Bring your own linens. We allow 1 medium sized dog in this cabin. There is a picnic table, covered porch and firepit also.

2 Glamping Tents
The Large tent is Furnished with a Twin over Full sized bunk bed and a Queen bed, refrigerator, table and chairs, microwave, Water dispenser that heats and cools and has a Keurig built in. It also has a mini split that can heat or air-condition the tent. Bring your own linens. No animals are allowed in the Glamping tent.
The small Glamping Tent is in the upper yard area by the entrance and has a queen bed, mini fridge and microwave. You can add a heater or a/c for a charge. It has a covered porch and picnic table and fire pit.

We have 6 sites in the lower campground and 8 in the upper campground
All sites are large enough for a 30-40 ft camper with multiple slides--all sites are level and well
Relax in our peaceful camping sites, which are surrounded by lush trees and provide a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for your stay.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations
Bring along your furry friend and enjoy our pet-friendly accommodations, where your pets can explore nature alongside you. 2 dogs per site--no aggressive breeds--ie Pitt bulls

Our amenities include clean bathrooms with hot showers. A picnic table and firepit is at each site.
RV Rentals
We have 2 RV's for rent-- 2019 Wolf pup which is good for 2 adults and 2 children--it is small with 1 slide. Queen bed and jackknife sofa. $105/night
2022 Toy Hauler with a queen bedroom and a set of queen bunks in the open area. Suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 children. $125/night

At Lauder Family Campground, we believe the best way to reconnect with friends and family is to unplug and relax. We hope you can do that when you visit us here. Come fish, hike, bike and just view the beauty of our forest.
Campground Rules
- CHECK IN 3 pm CHECK out 12 noon.
- Early arrivals are permitted pending campsite availability.
- Check in/out: All campers can call the office at 814-592-7267 to check in and get a site or cabin number.
- Quiet Hours: from 11 pm to 8 am. Radios and TVs should not disturb other campers.
- Speed Limit: Speed limit is 5 mph in the campground.
- Excessive noise or profanity will not be permitted. Please respect your neighbors.
- Pets: must be on a leash, under control, and demonstrate good behavior and manners. Maximum of 2 dogs per site.
- If a pet shows aggressive behavior or continuously barks, the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the campground. NO PIT BULL or PIT BULL mix breeds.
- Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Litter: Place all litter and garbage in bags and place them in the dumpster provided. Please put the lid and ring on the garbage can to prevent animals from scattering garbage.
- Do not discard or burn garbage, plastic, cans, or bottles in the fire rings.
- All fires must be confined to fire rings provided.
- Off-Road vehicles must obey 5 mph limit within the campground.
- Firearms: The use of any firearms, BB guns or other weapons is NOT PERMITTED.
- Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may not be openly displayed away from your assigned camp site.
- Children and Safety: Parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children, including any guests that are in the campground visiting.
- Maximum capacity at each site (or at the pond) is 10 people including guests. All guests must register at office.
- Liability: We are not responsible for loss or damage due to any cause, or for accidents or injury to persons or property on the premises.
- Payment: Choice of payment includes cash, check, and credit card.
- RULES FOR FISHING--
- THE PONDS AND FISHING IS FOR REGISTERED CAMPERS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS,
- No night fishing will be permitted. Fishing hours are restricted to dawn to dusk.
- All children under the age of 16 must be fully supervised when fishing or playing near the ponds.
- If you have guests at the campground and they want to fish, there is a $5.00 per day fee per person for the privilege of fishing.
- CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY--PLEASE USE BARBLESS HOOKS OR BEND YOUR BARBS
- These rules are for the protection and benefit of all campers, and we appreciate your cooperation.
- Failure to comply with the rules may result in termination of your site lease and you will be asked to leave the park.
